Hi architeria, Yes it is very safe to use credit card in gmarket as far as i am concerned. Gmarket is actually a subsidiary from ebay (therefore we can assume that they would be able to maintain their security level :P)
plus i have not bought from taobao lately since the RMB exchange rate is so high nowadays and their item price has dramatically rise which i no long feel happy to crazily shop there...
what payment you use in GMarket??

i use taodot for taobao before.... it looks safer than post the credit card no. online...
